The One-bedroom villa is an option for 2-4 guests to accommodate for the special price (40% of the normal price for the whole villa for max 11 guests). On Your disposal is ground floor with garage, boiler room, storages and 1st floor incl. bedroom with balcony, bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, terrace, all surrounding land with swimming pool, BBQ, parking etc. and of course You are alone in the whole property (no other guests). The only thing, You don’t have access to the second floor of the villa with other bedrooms and bathrooms. 

We accept payment by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
In case of no payment in 7 days we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

The security deposit of €500 is required and paid by cash upon arrival for incidentals.
